We failed to update our website specifications to reflect this difference for the dimmable model, and we understand how this misled you. For this, we take full responsibility. In most cases, this problem arises if the screws are tightened too forcefully or if they are not aligned properly during installation. However, we completely understand your frustration, and we are more than happy to assist you in replacing the damaged parts. We can then send you the correct replacement pieces to help you complete the installation.
