Because this specific black finish was not a standard pull-down option for that model at the time, our workshop had to hand-fabricate and custom-coat the frame from scratch. We maintained full transparency throughout this process, sending you high-resolution pre-shipment inspection videos of both your finished Links Island Pendant and your custom Black Balloon Chandelier. We only moved forward with packing and dispatching the cargo after receiving your explicit confirmation on April 20th that the products "looked good." Because you had explicitly inquired about it before purchasing, our team added a specialized manual note to your order profile simply as an extra layer of reassurance for you, not because it was missing from the standard design. We are truly sorry if this extra step caused any confusion. Regarding the installation, our product page features a detailed installation video that demonstrates the step-by-step setup. The included 12cm circular mounting plate is provided to help cover a standard 4-inch junction box. However, if your project requires a completely seamless, flush wall mount, the fixture can absolutely be installed without using that circular plate. You can simply detach the grounding wire from the plate and secure it directly to the fixture. Regarding the light output, we want to ensure your vanity area is perfectly lit.
