Please report them to FTC. They are scam site. They order parts from AliExpress, claiming it is coming from their wharehouse. You can buy most of the stuff they sell from AliExpress for cheaper.

You are not our customer. Please stop fake reviews here. We have 1000s of happy customers ordered from us. We know that you publish fake reviews here than ask for money to remove bad reviews.

I have been using their ETKA online service for a while and I am happy with it. They offer cheap solution for online VIN check. If you are looking this kind of service do not look anywhere else. This is the best and cheap solution I could find online.

Blocked by the scumbags as I caught them red handed selling aliexpress (damaged) parts. I’ve managed to stop more than a dozen people from forums I’m in fir falling for the scam, which it is 100%

Posting fake reviews then asking for money to remove bad reviews. Good job as a scammer!

It took them about 36 hours to get my update for Volkswagen Tiguan MIB3 , however it worked flawlessly. Quality seems 100% legit , no issues. Don't know where bad reviews would come from but it's not a scam for sure :)

Thanks for the review. Bad reviews are being published by trustpilot scammers. They post fake bad reviews then ask for money to remove their reviews. Thanks for sharing your real experience with us.

Please do not give them money. Do not repeat our mistakes. They are (are they? I believe this is one person scam "company") trying their best to appear as official and kinda affiliated to dealers. In fact, they are just bunch of a******s who are making money on poor people just like me. My local dealer confirmed – they are impersonating official dealers, but in fact scammers.

If you want contact us to see official company registration documents and our authorization by Volskwagen Group of America. Did your local dealer tell you to post fake bad review here and then ask for money to remove your bad review?

I wanted to update the MIB1 system in my 2014 Volkswagen Sportsvan and the local dealerships (in the Netherlands) were either not interested or they wanted to charge a high fee. Upon my search on how to update I found VAGupdate and I was pleased with the support I received through the chat. The firmware was delivered within the hour. Unfortunately the update did not work the first time as the SD card I used was 8GB. Using a 32GB version did the trick and approx. 70 minutes later the update was completed. I can certainly recommend them. While reading the other reviews you may think the service is not good but I think these reviews are not genuine so please just contact VAGupdate and experience the good support yourself.
