Have a problem with android auto
Have a problem with android auto. Checked with vagupdate.com if the update would resolve the issue. They claimed to have contacted dealer and confirmed that the update would resolve the issue. It didn't. Before ordering we had comnversation via WhatsApp, we agreed that if the update didn't resolve the issue i could apply for a refund. Now they refuse to refund the money

Hello. You said you are having a problem with Android Auto. But in fact your Android Auto function was completely disabled by factory. It is clearly written on product page that firmware updates do not enable any disabled function. You have downloaded firmware, installed it and updated your car. So it means order is delivered. We have also provided you coding changes for your car but your car has SFD2 protection and you could not do required changes. We can still offer your SFD2 unlock service.
