Very Bad Experience I subscribed to this platform for one year, but not a single client came through it. I decided to cancel my subscription, but despite that, they continue to withdraw money from my account. I’ve written more than three emails requesting cancellation and a refund, but I haven’t received any satisfactory response. I strongly advise against working with this platform. Very bad experience, lack of professionalism, and nonexistent customer service.

I got zoom meeting with vagaro at 11.45 am and am waiting on my phone like a fool they never answered or sent an email to say cancel ,I paid for 2 months and they not even featuring me on the website .don't waste your money and time

During the trial they are very attentive and helpful, however in my experience when I needed more assistance they are unreachable and do not respond to messages or emails. Upon further reflection, Varago is not a good system for price with lack of good customer service.

The ability to do Livestream is still not working. The business owner reports that Varago has been in touch with the owner but after much effort has not been able to fix the problem. The owner has in the past worked with Zoom through Vagaro but Vagaro will not do this now. I suggest, if they cannot get their own system working they set their system so the owner once again has an option to use Zoom through Vagaro for Livestream. I know other business owners with Vagaro are able to do this. I give Vagaro credit for trying to fix the problem.

I signed up for a free month towards the end of June with reassurance no money would be taken from my bank, with no obligation to continue after the month. I had a look at the booking system to find it was very confusing and cancelled my consultation appointment, to find all correspondence was through email which was very annoying. Vagaro debited my account £30 so I sent an email explaining this should not have happened, I was refunded, Thank you. But then to find out that the booking system went live and caused some disruption with my business and client bookings which I had to apologise and cancel them. I didn’t agree to continue after the trial. This caused inconvenience as I had to send another email to ask them to shut the account down, the process of things was not properly explained in the beginning it was a whole waste of time. The customer service is not very friendly and is unprofessional. Do not bother they are a waste of time!

Over the past few weeks, we have encountered numerous reports indicating that Vagaro is either deducting points from customers' accounts or charging customers who already have active memberships. I have been with Vagaro for three months now, and until this point, the service has been satisfactory. The impact on customer satisfaction and our reputation has been significant. I have tried multiple times asking Vagaro support to fix the issue, but the customer service response has been nothing but atrociously appalling. This is the last straw. If this problem cannot be fixed promptly, I am intending to leave Vagaro for good. I urge you to rectify this issue immediately and ensure that such errors do not recur. When a client schedules a service or class they are given the option to apply points or deduct from the membership. The system will not automatically apply the membership visit. this is literally the worst COMPANY did not get trapped in this. They don’t tell you they haven’t $100 cancellation fee for the little Vergaro thingy. They never tried to help me get onto the confusing program. The lady was extremely rude with me so I’ve been paying six months for a program. I don’t even use clover because they’re nice and the fees are a lot better and it don’t come with no confusing program that you have to get on the computer with when I tried to ask for cancellation. They gave me a horrible ordeal and much attitude. That’s why I ended up hanging up the phone and saying it is what it is. I give it to God because these people are so horrible , so now I’ve been paying $30 a month for nothing and they still don’t wanna cancel for me as nice human beings even though I’ve never used one transaction don’t go with this company go clover

Terrible scheduling system! I am a customer and have to use Vagaro to make an appointment for a haircut at a local salon. After setting up an appointment, there is no confirmation - no text, email, nothing! If I don’t write down the date in a piece of PAPER (!) and then manually put it on my phone calendar I have no way of knowing when the appointment is. I had to cancel an appointment but it was impossible on the Vagaro website. I had to email the salon. Vagaro is useless!
