I have a 10% Disability Rating for Tinnitus. I thought I couldn't get a higher percentage until I watched a YouTube Video by Jordan at VA Claims Academy about Secondary Service Connection Claims. I've called support several times but have not been to talk to anyone. Either the phone is not answered or an answering machine comes on asking me to leave my name, phone number and email address. I have not received a call back.
