Great experience so far! A friend who I served with in my final unit before getting out told me about this. I was blown away at the information provided and this has put a fire under me to not give up on my claims. I have already collected additional documents and scheduled appointments with the "RIGHT" doctors. Knowing what to do and say was a game changer! Excited to see the end results. I now know that it is possible to get an increase and 100% on my claims! Highly recommend to any vet that will or is currently submitting claims to the VA!

There is a lot of informarion in the videos. Knowing what the VA is looking for makes a huge difference. When I got out of service over 20 years ago, the VA was a nightmare to deal with and I gave up. My health issues/pains put me in fight mode. Jordan is arming me with knowledge, info and helping with strategy. The resources (personal statements, nexus letters, links to useful websites) are great. Working towards a successful VA claim.

The lessons, tips, and wisdom I have learned from Jordan through this course are priceless. I'm grateful to have come across his YouTube channel and look forward to completing my VA claims Journey through him and his dedicated team.

Don't bother with this company. I signed up in April 2025 and didn't get any emails for the onboarding process. Weeks later they finally emailed me saying the account was under a different email, again no emails were sent to me and none were in the trash or spam folders. Yet the constant ignoring my emails week after week, and the lack of regency lead a me to believe that they don't give a shit. $2k is a lot of money to shell out for reprehensible customer service. And the only way to contact them is by snail mail… ridiculous. As of June 14th, I submitted a chargeback with PayPal and I will go find a more reliable company that will actually communicate with their clients. I had high hopes for VACA but this was Bullshit! I would give negative four stats if I could.

I currently have a 10% disability rating for tinnitus. After I found Jordan and his videos on Youtube from VA Claims Academy, I have learned so much valuable information. I discovered there are other conditions I have that can be related and claimed. Jordan and the VA Claims Academy team provided amazing resources. I went from 0-100% rating without using a VSO or any other outside help. Watch the informative videos and utilize the resources given and you will be successful! Even though it’s more expensive, I recommend the grand master package. It was 1000% worth it in the long run.
