im having a tough time with the…
im having a tough time with the website. The screen stalls and goes to a white page. I have closed and reopened it dozens of times. i cant say whether pay for grand master is worth it or not yet. i cant find where you can speak to a person yet. i am surprised i am asked for a review before i was able to talk to someone.

More one on one assistance
The info is awesome, but I would like to see a more one in one approach when working in personal statements and while actual working on my va claims draft.

Thanks for this feedback Franco, this is a solution I am building in the background, the ability to scale a quality 1-on-1 assistance that is legally compliant, maintains a high quality bar, and that is affordable to the most amount of vets possible. In the meantime, many people work with their free VSO to file on their behalf entirely. Cheers
