I thoughtI was talking to Delta. I made a mistake and booked the wrong starting airport. I called immediately and got Sammy She said I’d have to pay a change fee. I don’t think so, but proceeded. Then she said, she’d give me a break and only charge half, $100. I went ahead, but knew this was bogus I won’t use Vacationland again for anything, unless the change fee is reversed Thank you

I thought I was booking flight directly thru Volaris. I didn't want to book thru third party agency. I told them to cancel reservation.

There is no rude conduct involved. I specified what type seating I wanted, agreed to the charges, received my ticket info without the correct seating. called agent and he advised I would have to pay extra, even though I made it perfectly clear what type seating I wanted plus price of our tickets is $1000 more than what I could get by booking on line. I also don't like the fact that your agency is listed on line as a Delta agency. The agent is very nice certainly not rude. I'll stick with skylux

Over charged then $ 250.00 to cancel only 25 hrs after , was told manger not available customer service bad ! Over charged by $600, lost $ 150 after about about 2 hr of my time getting this straight ! Very unhappy !!!!!!

Dishonest people. My wife and I talked with this people for over 45 minutes, believing we were talking to United Airlines. It was our mistake as we dialed the first number in google, but then these people, even after escalating to the manager, tricked us to continue believing they were United Airlines. We were being charged much higher than a reservation we already had with United that was not confirmed, that's why we called, and their response always was, the price changed, there are only 3 sits, take these at this higher price or you wont be able to fly back home with us. We only realized after receiving the email. I take the blame, obviously, but my wife and I were desperate to go home as we lost our flight in Turkey and needed to get back to Boston ASAP. Dishonest attitude from this travel agency.
