The service rep that sold me my tickets after I missed a flight from Manila to Boston said she could get us a partial credit on my wife's ticket for an additional 300. dollars they would give her a ticket to fly anywhere in the states. The rep never followed up on this and I never received an itemized billing or a total. She told me she would call me back with the information, but never did. I ended up getting charged over 620 dollars in fees and taxes on a $2,366.00 ticket. They never told me about the fees and lied about a credit. I think these people are very clever and self serving.

Inflated pricing

You charged my credit card three times. I am submitting a claim and want my over charge amount back to my credit card. If this is not resolved, will file a claim thru the CFPB

When we booked our flights on April 25 at 10:35 a.m., we were told that if we cancelled within 24 hours there would be no charge. (Confirmation # DL3W7L) At 6 a.m. on April 26 we called and spoke with Tracey and it took more than 1/2 hour to cancel the flights and found that we were charged $501.00 for the cancellation in spite of the fact that we were told otherwise when we booked originally. . This process required that we restate all of the personal and contact information all over again which should have been available on your computers. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I called the Allegient Air phone number that was given on the internet at what appeared to be the number to correct our itinerary and this company came on and said they help Allegient Air with their itinerary corrections. They were willing to correct my problem but ended up cancelling our booking and re-booking under their name and fees and also DID NOT keep our information with our handicap passenger assistance or seat assignments that we originally had. I spend a total of 3 hours and many phone calls to straighten our this mess. I sure hope when we actually go to travel in October that this company didn't mess us up.
