Absolutely excellent!!
Sam was excellent! Simply the best travel associate ever! He was on the phone with me for 1.5 hours solving my travel issue for two unaccompanied minors. He was so patient and when I wanted to give up and cancel the trip all together, he found me a flight and a faire! Now my girls are headed on their first trip to Grandmas without me and she is so excited to see them!
