They said they made a booking and gave me a confirmation number but they never actually booked it. stay far away!!!

The lady got my cancellation and rebooking all wrong!

Make me think that Delta's changes could be done through them at the same cost of calling Delta directly which was a lie. After contacting Delta I find out that I was charged $75 for a dog reservation in addition to Delta's $125 charge. I called to cancel the transaction but for some reason was never done. Weirddddddd!

This experience was very misleading and much more expensive then calling delta direct! I felt taken! Terrible experience. Overcharged! I cancelled !

The agent I booked the ticket through misrepresented the travel insurance. My Mother was in the hospital and I need to be there that day. I initially booked the wrong return date and could have changed it to the day I needed to return but she told me I didn't have to change it then as I could change it later and it wouldn't cost more. It was cheaper for me to buy a separate ticket from Delta than use their travel insurance. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I am disputing the travel insurance with my bank!

I thought I had reached a travel agent with Southwest Airlines off of the SWA website, but somehow got connected with this operation. The agent I talked to told me they could complete my request, but that the cost would be $75. This was due to the difference in cost of the ticket as well as a $40 charge for their services. When I asked if I could just cancel (no cost from SWA) and rebook, the agent said the flight was full, so I went on with the transaction. After recontacting SWA (got an actual agent) I was told there is never a fee for the change, only any additional cost of the fare difference. I also checked the SWA website and found that the flight was NOT full. So, beware of these types of organizations that pretend to be "associated" with an airline. Their ethics are less than stellar! Also, always check twice before hitting an embedded link, it might end up costing you.

You misrepresented yourself as THE AUTHENTIC Southwest Airlines site when I called for help and your certainly are not!!! You are a vacation travel site!!! I was never told this or given any indication of this until I received a confirmation e-mail from you. The taxes & security fee was to be $20.40 each & I was charged $97.40. When I questioned this I was told it was because of the last two seats on the flight. What a lie. The agent who I worked with was Mikale. She did not know what she was doing & had to keep putting me on hold to ask someone. Your operation is fraudulent & I certainly will report this to the proper authority if I do not receive my money back! I advise everyone not to use your services!!!!!
