I already did, The services and service reps were prompt and efficient in handling their calls. I have dealt with quite a few of the reps but Ethan was the one to accommodate us with our request and needs. I have only one disappointment and that I was misquoted with my fares, all in all it was still reasonable so i accepted it. The one thing i would like to see review and make some changes is the times of the flights. When i went on line, it showed times that was not suitable for us but when i called vacation travel there were so many other flights within our time frames. Hope this could be changed. Much obliged.
