Bad connection. Got disconnected. Had to give my information 3 times. I wasn't feeling very comfortable giving information because it didn't feel professional. Couldn't book online because there was no place to check a minor. When I got my confirmation he was checked as an adult anyway. It was cheaper to book online. I was charged 100.00 more by calling. Won't be doing that again!

DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY! It is NOT legit. I was lied to over and over again and when I would ask questions ANDREW just got an attitude with me. I had to call American Express to warn them to deny any charges. I am SO UPSET!

I was not satisfied because I asked this third party was it extra fees added to the airport change. The representative said no extra changes and I would pay the same fee if I directly booked through airline. This was false information. The airline change was almost $100 cheaper. Also, the representative charged $20 for canceling their service after I found out they told me false information. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Just book directly through the airport.

I called allegiant airlines and got your company. You miss represented yourself as allegiant airlines and charged me 65.00 for changing my flights after allegiant cancelled them. Then I went to allegiant ticket counter at the airport and found you were not allegiant airlines and should not have had to pay an more for tickets. Now you won't answer my requests for a 65.00 refund.
