Agent, Fred, was truly a friendly, professional, patient, and accommodating gentleman. He answered all of my questions, reviewed many different flights, dates, and times, helping me get the best price to meet not only the exact days and times I preferred, but also within my budget. He has a pleasant phone voice and I loved the fact that I could call him back twice, after I contacted my friends to see if the flights were convenient for them and would also meet their schedules. Fred's The Best!

Thank you for the efficient and courteous service! I was able to get the flight I needed on short notice and was offered a couple of additional return flights that ended up saving a little more than the flight I had selected online. Glad I called!
