Booking through Vacation Wiser the process went smoothly. I set up an account through my employee direct deposit account. My payments came out every two weeks. I paid off my August 2022 vacation in May of 2023 in Full. It has been a nightmare from there getting my refund for what was an overpayment. “Jeff” sent me an email two weeks ago.. today is 9/23/23., telling me to not contact him anymore. “Their” lenders have to release refunds and he would send an email out on 9/18/23 letting me know that the lender said it was okay to send me my refund. I have gone on an a 2nd vacation of July of 2023 and saved on my own to go and it less of a hassle dealing with anyone. My State Employer advertised this company as one that State Employees can use through an employer direct deposit from your paycheck every two weeks. I have definitely let my State employer know to advise other state employees to Be WISE and not use Vacation Wiser! Save up and save yourself the Headaches. They refuse to give you any refunds that are due to you after you pay your account in full in May of 2023! I’ve yet to receive any monies and Jeff wants everyone to go away.

They never pick up the phone. They owe me a $900 refund and have given me excuse after excuse about their Lenders not allowing the money to be release. They are a scam. How do i post their email correspondence regarding the company GM Jeff not having enough money to refund me? The answers they have given me over and over is maybe next week. Maybe 10/9/2023. Pls read google review i was able to share the email on there.

I paid off my first vacation. I set up another vacation and it has been just almost 30 days I have not received my order. I have made 3 direct payroll payments already. I was told my order would be received a few weeks ago.
