Lovely experience. Its our second stay there and it was also memorable.

I am so thankful for Lauren Rodriquez, Vacatia Guest Care. She has offered exceptional customer service and I am so grateful for her attention to detail. There was a mix-up with my reservation (on the part of the condo) and she went the extra mile to get the problem corrected. Her commitment to addressing our needs will make our 20th Anniversary a week to remember. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was very space. My only problem the resort is so large the distance to the pool needs to have some type of shuttle service. we are returing for New Years. We visit Florida each year and we have found our perfect resort.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Vacatia. Their agents were a delight to work with and were so helpful throughout the process. Everything at the resort was as advertised. Very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Westgate villas was awesome loved the hottub and the waterpark was exactly what ee were looking for. Very comfy. Only problem was a broken drawer was on counter from the time we cchecked in till we checked out, and we were talked into 60 minute timeshare that nearly took up our only day there. Mt advice to anyone would be not to do that unless your there at least 3 nights! we We always book through vacatia who never fails us! thank you so much i have skmeone i am sending to you do i get any perks for tederring someone? I would of gave it 5 stars if the communication was a little better. I think they need to send you a email when it comes closer to your vacation. I had to call to make sure everything was still ok. When you go online & login...it shows nothing & you start to get scared. When I called they said the online only shows for members that rent out their property. They said that they don't have it where customer can actually see their rental agreement. They need to fix that.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach chairs were out everyday early, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool was great.
