Hello Donna, I believe we have a series of misunderstandings, or perhaps messages have gone to your spam. You purchased your dress on November 15, 2022 at 1:37 pm. On November 15, 2022 at 10:32 pm, an email was sent to you explaining that the item and size you ordered was out of stock and that we were issuing you an immediate refund. We sent a refund to your credit card ending in 4008 at 10:32 pm. The amount of your refund was $49.29. If you check your credit card receipt, you will see this credit. Your order was closed on November 15th as complete. We have no records of contact from you, nor do we have any emails from you. If there are questions about orders, we request that customers use our “contact form”. This will ensure that your message is received directly to our Shop. Because we receive hundreds of emails a day in our regular email, we state on our website to not use that address if you are a customer. We don’t want customer emails being drowned in sales emails. Unfortunately, we have no record of your sending a message to our priority contact form. We hope that you can change your one star since our Shop did not do anything wrong. All the best, Uylee

Hello Mr. James, We did receive your email previously that you were not happy with the color of the tie set you received on September 22nd. I did double check your order at that time, and confirmed that you did receive the gold yellow silk coordinated tie set. We did not receive the photo of the item that we requested you to send us so that we could confirm what was sent to you. However at that time, we did proceed with sending you a free gold tie set as a courtesy to make up for the one that you were not happy with. We hope that was received by you. All the best, Uylee
