Hello Ericka, Thank you for expressing your concern. I’ve checked our records, and your tie set has actually shipped. Our description states that with our hand made tie sets we require three weeks to get the the ties shipped. These items are hand made and must be shipped out. The three weeks does not include the time it takes for the post office to get the tie to you. It only includes how long it takes for us to create and ship it. Since this is a long process, we state it on every tie description so that our customers can be aware before they purchase, and decide in advance whether they want to wait this long. Our other items, such as dresses and jewelry, etc arrive very quickly since they are not hand made. We are certain you will be happy with the item you’re receiving in the mail. 😊👔 Thank you so much. Ms. Natalie Voss, I don't know if I should be angry with you, or honesty pity you. You've gone through great lengths to slander a small Boutique for something that is completely out of their control. You have left numerous defamatory reviews, you have sent us numerous irate emails, and you're wondering why we don't want to speak with you? Not once have we spoken abusively to you. Not once have we called you a liar. Not once have we treated you like trash. As I've told you before, we have chosen not to do any business with you due to your irate disagreeable attitude. There is nothing further we can assist you with. We have mailed your package and at this point, it is in the hands of the international mail service. We can not move the hands of the United States Postal Service, nor the Canadian Mail Service. Perhaps someone has taken the item out of your mailbox. We don't know. All we can say is that we mailed your package, we tracked it out of the country, from there, it was in the hands of the international mail service. And you insist that it is our fault. Under normal circumstances, we would have just shipped you two free ties to make you happy. But you've been soooo rude and harassing, we prefer to just allow you to wait until the mail service delivers your package. I can not believe a woman of 50 years old has the time to harass a Boutique like this. I just hope you're not a JW. All the best, Uylee
