Our Silk Tie Sets are all hand made, and on each description it states that it will require three weeks to receive it. We ask that Customers take the three weeks shipping time into consideration prior to placing their order if they’re ordering for a particular date in view. I’m so sorry to hear this happened with your Long Sleeve Full Length Dress. This is Feedback we definitely need from Customers so that we can remove these items from our store. This dress is being removed. Had you contacted us directly, we would have quickly refunded you for this item. This definitely constitutes “damaged merchandise”, and we offer full refunds if items arrive damaged. We would still like to fix this for you. Regarding shipping, this item states in the description that it requires three weeks to ship. It’s not one of our seven day items.
