TO BE AVOIDED
I ordered a dress that I was eagerly waiting for. When I received it, I noticed major defects: poorly positioned buttons, wrinkles, and misplaced seams. The dress is unwearable. I contacted customer service, providing them with photos as evidence. They replied that, in their opinion, there was no problem. And in any case, it was non-refundable since the dress was made to order! Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails. 'Without you, there is no us' is just a marketing ploy. TO BE AVOIDED. My response here since you are not answering messages : The 40% discount was applied to the making of the dress or to the sewing skills . You are thieves!

Dear Ms. Teyssier, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback regarding the dress. I regret to hear that you were not satisfied with the final result. As noted prior to your purchase, this dress was a special order item, and per our policy, returns on special orders are only accepted if the item arrives defective. After carefully reviewing the photos you provided, our team concluded that the dress is not defective and was made in line with our usual production standards. We also wish to note that the dress was offered to you at a 40% discounted rate. If we had found any defects, we would have gladly accepted a return. However, we understand that not all customers may agree with our assessments, and we apologize if this outcome did not meet your expectations. We sincerely hope you are able to find a garment more to your liking, and we wish you a wonderful week ahead. Thank you for your understanding Genevieve , and we appreciate your continued support. Best regards, Uylee's Boutique

Love the product but one of the stone came out I have to glue it back . But nothing to serious 😁
Response from Uylee’s Boutique ®May 1, 2024
Oh no!! 😥 I’m sooooo sorry one of the stones fell out. I feel awful. Though you glued it back, I will still send you 5% back of your purchase price. I’ll apply it to your original method of payment right now. Thank you so very much for your support!!
