The product works well that’s a high risk investment. I have purchased two of these and just because there’s an outage it destroys the entire machine. You cannot leave it plugged in 24 hours a day and people just don’t have time to deal with that. Can you imagine unplugging every lamp at your house because you’re afraid of a power outage? Same logic.

Make sure the batteries you put into the remotes for the machines work. The two I bought did not function after one use. Had to purchase batteries and they worked.

First I bought helped me control the bed bugs until it wore out but the second one isn't working very well. I can run it for an hour and when it's time to open the door, I do an inspection and still find live ones.

The remote control doesn't work.

I tried contacting you many times many ways immediately after the order was finalized to tell you I wanted it delivered to a different address, but no response. Finally after it was delivered to me, I got an email I could respond to, and got a response. I was able to print out another address label, but was dissappointed it took so much to get ahold of someone about the error. Would have much preferred if any of the other contact links you had would have gotten a response.
