Delivery was not possible as Uvilizer said that my order was flagged as being in a remote area by their courier. I explained to them that I live in the Capitol of Mallorca, Palma, a city. I suggested that they use another courier. I got another response that they would refund my purchase.

I ordered 9 Uvilizers to cover every room in my home. I was excited about this product and it did work for the three Sundays that I turned them all on when I left for church. They stopped working and the power light would flash, but they would not come back on, so i got three to five uses, sent pics in to the company, and they finally replaced them. The next batch did the same, except I only got two uses out of them. They did the flashing as the first nine, but would not work. I am in over $1,000 for junk that will not work. These were made to sell, not to use, so let the buyer beware. I wish I had my money back and they would be welcome to these if they sent a return paid label, as I have been out enough money on my pitifully small income. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Buy at your own risk, and be willing to have nothing more than an empty bank account and an expensive gift of your money to strangers that care nothing for us or our welfare.

Product was poorly packaged and broken. I attempted to cancel the order the night I made it, and was ignored. The product’s safety is questionable.

Hello, before I give you a review I need help. I am trying to get a hold of any customer service or any email you offered to give customers on your website but it will not let me send you an email. I have been asking to return a defective UV light sanitizer tower for weeks now. I ordered 21 works and one does not. I have tried several outlets in my household and several attempts to get it to work. I need to know the process of a return and refund for one of them. How can I do that?. I do not want to give this company a negative review so please help assist me as soon as possible. Thank you. Paul James. 816-686-0911 Order#2230
