Completely nonresponsive after more than a week of delivery listing as 'waiting to be shipped' on the tracking number after getting emailed that it was already on the way. No sign of product, no response to emails or web forms, disappointing void of customer service.

The way this product looked on the commercial.You can use it anytime in your home but no, that's not the case, and you can't leave your plants in the house.Nor can you have your pets in the house?I want a refund and I've been asking for someone to contact me.And no one contacts me back so please contact me back Update 4/6/24. Order # 1334 was paid for express shipping. 1 to 3 days as per the information posted at your website. Today is day 8 and it looks like I am going to wait for more than 15 days which the standard shipping. Please correct as I am traveling and would to have with me on

I paid over a week ago and though it shows shipping it has been awaiting pickup for over a week now. I wouldn’t order directly thru them again. Amazon had three day delivery, I should have bought thru them… as to item I can’t tell because I am still waiting for it to arrive
