⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Experience I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Utillian. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there was no delivery photo showing where the package was supposedly left. I contacted Utillian expecting them to help resolve the issue, but instead I was told to contact USPS and wait for an investigation. As a customer, I expected much better support, especially after paying for the product and waiting for my order. At this point, I have no product, no clear proof of delivery, and I’m the one having to spend my time trying to figure out what happened to the package. Very poor customer service and a frustrating delivery experience. Based on how this situation has been handled, I cannot recommend Utillian.
