They sent product. It didn’t work as advertised, they refunded me in the time period they stated. They said they would and thankfully they’re good for their word.

Unintentionally added an item to my order. Customer service support (Julia) was able to correct the error even though the order was shipped! I value great customer service support and have found just that shopping with this company.

Unfortunately, the product I ordered didn't fit the space where I needed it. I reached out to Utilira Customer Service and they issued my refund very promptly. I would use Utilira again, despite my initial order not having worked for me.
