Efficient and prompt with a resolution to my issue.

I accidentally ordered 3 Kitchen Multi-Function Stainless Steel Thickened Fruit Peeler Knives. I only noticed when the charge had been applied to my credit card. I immediately wrote the company and asked that they dimiss the order and refund my credit card. To be honest, I thought I was too late for this to happen. I also assumed that I would have to go through a lengthy dispute to resolve the issue. To my pleasant surprise, the customer support person, Julie, responded almost immediately to my request and the refund was on my credit card the very next day. It is the simplest and most effective interaction that I have had with any customer support department. I am very pleased.
