Very responsive courteous and good follow through

Perfect… 👍 .

I worked with James Hunt from TrustPilot and he went above and beyond to help me get a great rate and get my car shipped. Would recommend when shipping your car.

I understand there have been many complaints about US Star Trucking over the years, and some of those concerns may very well have been valid. However, I also believe that every company deserves a second chance. What truly matters is what they do with that opportunity and whether they demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that the team at US Star Trucking exceeded my expectations. After my daughter graduated from the University of Notre Dame, we needed her vehicle transported safely to Georgia. US Star Trucking brokered the transportation and worked diligently to ensure the right carrier and driver were selected for the job. Throughout the entire process, they remained engaged, communicated consistently, and made sure everything stayed on track. The vehicle arrived not only safely but ahead of schedule, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. I especially want to recognize Mark Waller and the entire US Star Trucking team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service. They made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth. Would I use them again? Absolutely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable vehicle transportation services. My advice is simple: Give them a chance. I believe this is a company that has learned from its past and is working hard every day to earn back the trust of its customers. In my experience, they did exactly that. I'm Derrick E. Whitfield, author of Beyond Automation: Building the Human + AI Enterprise, and I proudly recommend US Star Trucking for your vehicle transportation needs.
