This was the WORST STORAGE EXPERIENCE EVER! It took us approximately 2 hours to get signed up for our storage and on top of that after driving 9 hours from Canada to New York City we showed up and the 10 by 5 feet unit we reserved was only about 3 feet deep. Apparently this was "approximately 5 feet". I'm sorry but approximately 5 feet is 4 and half feet or maybe 5 and a few inches but paying 50 square feet and getting 30 is absolutely appalling. Shame on you Cube Smart, shame on you. Absolutely nothing done to the price except for waving a merger $25 admin fee. The employees were very nice but unfortunately the product (storage unit was a load of s***)

After going through the process of renting the unit for the special price that was advertised online and thinking I had a storage unit, I then received a call stating the until was not available. I was at work she the storage facility left me a message stating the until was not available but didn't even let me know if they had anything else available to rent. So needless to say, I had to rush out and find another storage unit at the last minute. Thanks guys, what a way to welcome someone to the neighborhood.

answered every question i inquired on. no hassel on showing the sizes of storage, and a good upbeat personality

He is very professional, good-natured and goes above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with your storage unit! He makes the rental process a fast and pleasant experience!

I've been looking into a storage solution for my boat and really I'm just looking for a secure outside parking spot. It's an older boat and the cost of indoor storage would quickly become more than the boat is worth. This place has both security and convenient access. I can get to my boat anytime I need to and the fenced area is in a location that seems pretty secure. Making the reservation and viewing the area was easy. There is a manager on site! I really can't say that about many other places with poor office hours or no office at all.
