Great Service, Great Facility
This was my first time renting a storage space. The employee who helped me was clear, concise and professional in her explanation of the contract and use of the facility. The pricing was competitive with, and somewhat lower than, other facilities in my neighborhood. The only clitch was the elevator timed out while I was loading my items to store and I didn't know I had to reset it. Thankfully, the maintenance man in the garage explained what happened and reset it for me. Perhaps a sign inside the elevator explaining this would help future customers.
