Even though I haven't reserved a place yet because of the kind and professional service I received I plan on to soon.

It was so fast and easy to reserve my unit on line and it locks me in to the online mo. rental price that is only available if you rent online. I am 100% satisfied with this storage facility. I would recommend it to anyone looking to store their belongings.

Your information and presentation is good. How ever it would really help others to have pics of the storage units them self's. I do look forward in doing business with you.

We were not informed that the online special price was only good for five months. The website did not state that. The website stated that you could use your own lock, but when my husband went to the storage facility, they said he had to buy a lock from them and their locks were the only lock that could be used. They also required our homeowner's insurance but that also was not clearly stated. We did not rent the unit. My name is not Tyler - no way to change that either.

It was easy and fast!!
