I appreciate this service! I tried for two weeks to contact managers of local storage facilities and would get no returned calls. Then, when I drove to see them in person, "Out to Lunch" signs hung on the doors. This was quick and easy; plus, I immediately got a call from the storage facility to confirm the reservation.
