There was always someone available to answer my stupid questions. I had never sold a house before. We had hired a realtor who did nothing at all for over a year. I used this company on the advice of a family member. At first I was skeptical, but I am so happy I decided to use them. I saved thousands of dollars in realtor fees. For all of us Do It Yourselfers If you only want to pay 700 to sell your home then use US Realty. Choose one of the options they give you, in my case i chose the 700 option and you get mls listing, a licensed agent and they are only an email away. Fast replying too. Then, tell the buyers agent they only get 1.5%, not 3. I will use US Realty again and again.
