I am a fix and flip professional, I have sold three homes using US Realty over the past two years and I saved close to $40,000 in realtor commission fees. The process has been flawless. The team at US Realty make sure you have all the documentation you need for a smooth sale and closing. Definitely using them in the future.

US Realty were easy to work with and got my home in the MLS. A realtor eventually sold it to her customer, so I paid about 3% instead of 6%, a savings of $9000.

Using U.S. Realty worked out well and can save you a lot of money. They were always willing to answer questions fairly quickly. U. S. Realty is good for sellers that like to have control over the sale of their property, can schedule their appointments if they wish with cooperating brokers, and be able to enter into negotiations with realtors. U.S. Realty does offer different services such as sale signs, lock boxes, online scheduling, etc.
