The people who work the are not professional!!! All the good people be leaving!!! Something must be sketchy about this place! They talk shit about they’re friends and other employees at work and we can hear them!!!! Makes me think they’ll talk about there customers too!! Their always on they’re phones and gossiping!! I tell my husband NOT to go there. I don’t trust them! Our time in there always uncomfortable and awkward because of what they say!!!!! We don’t buy nothing. We just walk out when we try a give them a chance!!!!

Lieing Customer Service
Ordered an item online, shipping was going to take too long to come in. Saw the local location on base had the item in stock, so i drove over and purchased it in person. Called to cancel the order but they said they couldn't cancel it, but to be assured I could return it for a full refund. Not only could I not return it in-store, when I went to initiate the return online, they wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL shipping fee to return it. So essentially I am left with 2 items when I only needed 1 (as a gift) and it doesnt make sense to return the 2nd item as between shipping costs here, and shipping costs for the return, I would only get back 1/3rd the price I initially paid.

I've bought a pair of boots from them on Black Friday Sale 2025. Today is Jan 25th, 2026. They didn't ship my boots and told me they ran out of stock. Why did they let me place an order when there was no inventory? Terrible experience.

Not worth your time
I have only had the boots I bought for one day and the leather is cracking and peeling from the soul so bad I can’t wear them and they don’t even warn you that they run big to buy a half a size to a size smaller than you wear and they use what feels like cardboard for the soul and then charge you shipping to return them

I bought this patriot under armour…
I bought this patriot under armour military boots on April 22nd from US patriat tactical store the day I graduated from basic training from AF at Lackland AFB
I did not wear this boats until i got to my training base Fort Sam houston. i started my school on 1st of May and since i had field training i wear my old ones didn't want to dirty the new ones. I basically started using this boots second week on May. We are on June 14th and my boots coming out of it's stitches in 1 month. Today I went in to Fort Sam patriot store, Lady there was very rude she told me she can't do nothing about it. My boots clean it looks as new but side stitches coming on done. She wants my receipt but all i have is bank account to show i spent 173.20 on 5/22 in patriot store. I'm an airman i don't have many to spend every month 173 dollars including tax for boots, she wants my receipt but i did not think this item with the good name will do this in a month and i did not have any desire to change or refund this item that is the reason i don't have my receipt. Patriot stores and under armour stores web site does not except any item from in store purchase because i don't have a order number so it doesn't allow me for anything, no phone numbers for customer center. I'm a military, we can't leave the base, can't go in any cars or ubers, can't be without my unit. I'm on phase one till july this means I'm very stricted, so i can't go to other base to get a answer for my problem because Patriot store here doesn't want to help me in anyway. I'm getting write up because of my boots and i do not think it is justice for me to spend over 170 dollars for a new boots when i just purchased new one last month. By the time i get out from my phase 1 my time will runout and no one will beleive me this happened in one month. Do not buy under armour military boots especially from military bases, if i wasn't this stricted i would have never bought this item. This is unexceptable! Patriot stores acts as they can't help you , order from the site if you have to buy under armour but if you ask me, i tell you not to buy this boots because it is not a quality while they are expensive. I have the dates, pictures and my account to show how much and which store i spend that money on but no actual store receipt. I knew sales person could have change my shoes and do as without receipt than tag it as damaged very easily but they do not want to help you. I thought they were there for us. I'm a patriot and don't have that kind a money to spend all the time. All i wanted was a exchange. Patriot store is not helpful. I can't go from one base to other when i'm not allowed to leave from my location. I can't get in any civilian car or any car. we walk everywhere with the wingman and have curfew. Lackland assistant store manager is rude. she told me, ne receipt no help even i can show the picture,i can show my bank account to prove the day i purchased it with store number and she admits it is company damage but sorry can't help. This is unexceptable!!
