This guys ARE CRAP!!! order Product a month and a half ago! Still half seen nothing! No call back! No email back! No Product to show for!!! DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Im writing this review to add to the other terrible reviews that I should have looked at before purchasing from this website. I feel like Im just copying every other reviews that have been left. "In stock" doesn't mean in stock to this company not sure what their classification on it is but wether or not they have the product you ordered they're swiping that money out of your account real quick. "Processing" means we have no clue or probably no intentions of fulfilling your order but check back monthly to see that same status. "Call centers temporarily closed due to Covid" means we never intended on answering your phone calls or trying to tend to your concerns but now we have a good excuse to use. I cant imagine that a website that promotes so much military gear and uniforms can be allowed to stay running like this with no accountability for it. My advice call your bank dispute the charge as this company from past reviews and the several signs from their pre recorded message have no intentions to fulfill your order. FYI my bank cant even get in contact with this company. I hope someone reads these reviews before ordering unlike myself.

I’m gonna preface this by saying I have never actually done business with this company, this is twice now the last 2 1/2 months they have sent me packages paid for by other people addressed to me and I have no idea who these people are, I have sent the items back and they keep shipping them back to me I have actually reached out to a friend in law-enforcement because it’s a clear case of fraud and not on my part, it is impossible to get in touch with these people and now they are saying in a pre-recorded message that due to Covid their phone lines are closed and the only way to contact them is through email I have emailed them multiple times and gotten zero response

It's now been over 3 weeks since I've placed an order for an item they've listed as "In Stock", but nothing has shipped. When contacted for an explanation, I'm told that production is delayed due to coronavirus and they'll ship my item as soon as it's available. THEN DON'T LIST THE ITEM AS "IN STOCK" ON YOUR WEBSITE! I will not abide by companies that bait you with promises of inventory just to get your order placed, then make you wait an indeterminate amount of time while they actually try to obtain the item from the wholesaler/manufacturer. That is lying to your customers, pure and simple. It's a deceptive business practice that is illegal in most states for good reason. Do yourself a favor and hold on to your money until the item is actually in stock at a more reputable reseller.

I have 2 credit cards with a $10k limit on one, and a $20k limit on the other . When both my cards were simply not accepted, I called my CC company’s . I was pleased that security for both of my CCs were the ones stopping the transactions . I guess they are so deplorable, that via what ever algorithms etc... flagged the transactions. Do not buy from this place . They are rippers for sure.

This company is a scam. Ordered back in December 24th 2020. Waited a couple weeks. No shipment. Tried calling and messaging, no response. I paid with PayPal so I filed a dispute on January 20th or so, escalated it to refund and low and behold, no shipping messages, no nothing. Checked my mail today on February 3rd 2021 and it was there. This company is a scam, they want to scam people. Do not buy from them. They should be investigated and locked up for fraud

Order a pc bag from this site, before I spent 144. I verified that the bag was available then proceeded to purchased the bag. They took my payment on the 20th and after waiting a few day I logged on to the site to check my order status.....Not available, 8 days no email, no call...real nice. When will companies practices change? Take consumers money first worry about if we have or not later....Blame it all of COVID....Misleading and taking advantage of good consumers. GOOD JOB US PATRIOT

Simply the worst I've ever experienced!!! I ordered 04/12/20. On this Day 25/01/21 I still haven't got everything! No one answers the mails that i sent. I've been in contact with a guy from their marketing departement but he keeps saying that he'll return with an update ASAP. That has been going on for two-three weeks now. I'm on mission in Iraq and they cant even sent a pair of boots!! Shame on you! I'll never buy from you again.!!
