Yes, thank you. A man named Henry sent me a text a few hours after I placed the order for a new lock on-line. He took the time to carefully tell me about the type of key that the lock would have. And he took additional time to explain to me about the key. I thought that this kind of service is great and I highly commend Henry for his help to understand the key for the lock.
