I thought when you spend $1,100 on an outdoor table, it is supposed to last more than one year. I was wrong! After having this table for one year, it has completely fallen apart, and we have to throw it out. I will never purchase anything from this company again. What a waste of money! Update. Yes Furniture claims I am lying about my purchase date. I have my American Express statement from July 2016 with the purchase on it. Perhaps the company changed names, or was bought out. Either way, their product sucks!

Furniture ordered was damaged so I could not assemble it. It's been sitting in my house for a month and they still haven't picked it up yet.

Dear Company, Please make sure that you actually delivered the product before you start sending requests to review your company.

My dinning room set was scared and the legs did not tighten sectional would not stay put together and neither would the Ottoman and came under sewen

Waited a week to get my daybed delivered but they brought a desk instead. I was going to give up and go elsewhere but a manager called, apologized, and offered me a free lamp if I went through with the order. Another week went by and they finally delivered my daybed (no lamp came or was ever mentioned again). Unfortunately the daybed was the wrong color so I called and had to wait another week for them to pick it up and give me a refund. I was charged a ridiculous amount just to have them pick it up again. Not really my fault there people.

Bought a couch/hide a bed and the quality is just ridiculous. I am not the type of person that complains but when I do, the product just SUCKS :(

If I could give yes furniture negative starts I would. I ordered my sectional a month ago & I was called twice to have my delivery date rescheduled. Untilmitley I was given 3 different delivery dates and the sectional finally arrived today 10/29. When I spoke with the manager about the delays he was rude and spoke over me when I tried to express my frustrations. While assembling the couch we noticed it is missing one of the metal brackets that holds the couch and the chase lounge together. One of the couch legs is also missing the metal fastener that you screw the wooden couch leg into so that leg is just simply sitting underneath the couch not fastened onto anything. There was also a leg on the chase lounge where the fastener had fallen out, it was supposed to be screwed into the wood with two tiny screws then you screw the leg onto the couch. We had to hammer the fastener back into the wood in order to screw the leg onto the chase. The fastener did not go into the wood all of the way so the leg isn't as structurally sound as it should be. I did receive a discount due to how many times my delivery was rescheduled but over all the due to the delay on delivery along with the missing/broken pieces on the couch the discount does not make up for the poor product that I received or the poor service. I will never do business with this company again. Reply to yes furniture 10/30- It was never explained to me that there was a delay in you receiving my couch from poundex. I was just simply told by the manager that there was not enough orders for you all to make the trip from California to AZ to make it worth while for you as a company because it would cost more in gas than you would make if you just brought my couch separately, not sure why the reason is changing now that you're replying to my review. If it was indeed the case that there was a delay in you receiving the sectional from poundex then I should have been told that when you guys called me to reschedule twice. I did acknowledge that you gave me a discount twice but I still feel that in the end the delay combined with the missing/broken pieces & all the headaches that the discount was not worth it. I also understand that you say this is your best selling sectional and you have plenty of reviews which is great & im glad other people has a pleasant experience but that is not the case for me. I'm not sure why you felt it necessary to say that all the sectionals require assembly and that it was explained to me when my order was placed. Perhaps you misread my review, I did not complain about having to assembled the sectional nor did I say I was never told I had to. What I said was that the sectional I was sold is missing pieces and had broken parts and because of that it would not assemble correctly. I will wait to hear from a manager tomorrow to see what can be done about my missing and broken parts.

I bought a polyutherane sectional and it was emitting a strong chemical smell. I knew it was cheap but that I was what I can afford. The structure & material is very cheap in quality. That was fine. But after having the sectional for three days, every time I sat on it, my eyes turn very red and watery and I get a strong headache. I called customer service, they said it is non refundable or exchangeable because I took it out of the box and assembled it. I asked to talk to a manager and they said they will get back to me with an answer. I was not able to reach a manager nor heard from them ever since. It has been 2 months and nothing. Obviously the couch was transferred to the garage, washed, etc. and put to sale for a lower cost of what I bought it... never again to dealing with this company. I bought the rest of my furniture elsewhere.
