It was my first time ordering with Yes Furniture and it was a great experience. Very professional and helpful customer service. Their prices are unbeatable but to be honest I was a little concerned about the quality of their products as I had never ordered from them before and it's only an online store. When the guys came to deliver the furniture they were helpful in showing me all the items and made sure I was happy with my new sectional and bedroom set. I couldn't believe they offer free in-home delivery. None of the other furniture stores I came across offered that. Needless to say, they gained a new customer and I will be ordering from them again whenever I need new furniture. I've already recommended them to family and friends!

I ordered 4 items from here and they told me it would take 4 days for the delivery and I got everything exactly on the day the said they would deliver. The drivers brought everything inside my apartment and did not complain the elevator was broken. It was a great experience. Thank you

They are a real and honest company! I was kind of skeptical ordering from some where that didn't have a warehouse because of scams, but they didn't request my payment until the item was delivered! My couch is so beautiful and I am so grateful for the prices! I would definitely purchase again!
