Very happy with Cliff's handling of an item that needed to be replaced. He replaced it without any problem. Excellent customer service, speedy responses from Cliff and a beautiful item received. Very happy customer. Excellent company to deal with and stunning products. Will definitely use them again.

Representative was very attentive and answered all my questions promptly. Ring was here in the exact time they told me it would be, and, did not disappoint when I received it.

Ordering and chat experience went well. I requested engraving and was assured that it was possible. I received 1phone call from you at the end of the day to reduce the amount of letters on the engraving. I wasn't able to call, but sent a text message the same day. The product was shipped the same or next day without the reduced amount of engraving.

I am pleased with the quality of my new ring, and the fast service.

I love my "emergency bracelet". The emblem stands out and is very noticeable. The engraving is very clear and readable. I highly recommended your company to others.

Costumer services was phenomenal, I got ahold of someone because there was a shipping issue I had for the item that I ordered. It was not even 1 minute, I got ahold of someone right away. Turns out it was the owner. He was very kind and extremely professional fixed my problem right away. The owner told me there was a glitch in the system, they offer free 2 day shipping and because of that they there so many orders coming in the system glitched out and slowed down but I believe it’s fixed now I strongly recommend buy from this site, there products are amazing and they are a great company.

The communication from the seller was polite and complete. The quality of the medal is outstanding. Very pleased!

The cross pendant was great quality and shipping was very fast, even though it was during the week before Christmas.
