Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that this was your first impression of our program. The agreement you received was for an optional website offer and was not intended to automatically extend your current membership or require you to continue beyond your existing term without your consent. We understand how receiving that request before you've received your first lead could feel confusing, and we appreciate you pointing that out. Our goal is to provide additional tools that can help members convert leads more effectively, but participation in those programs is entirely optional. We will review how and when these offers are presented so they're introduced at a more appropriate point in the customer experience and with clearer pricing and terms. If you're still a member, we'd welcome the opportunity to review your account with you, answer any questions, and ensure you're getting the most from your membership.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that the program did not meet your expectations. Our goal has always been to connect our members with genuine homebuyers and sellers, and we understand how frustrating it can be when lead volume or quality falls short of what you were hoping for. We appreciate that you gave the program additional time and worked with our team to try to improve your results. While many of our members achieve success with the Cooperative, we also recognize that every market, response strategy, and timing can produce different outcomes. We would welcome the opportunity to review your account, the leads you received, and discuss ways we may be able to help. Please contact our Member Success team directly so we can take a closer look at your specific situation. We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our products and services for all of our members. We wish you nothing but success in your real estate business.
