I greatly appreciate this company. When I started doing B12 I was clueless about everything. Over a couple years I've spoken with them several times and their customer service is in the US, helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and really great. They do price breaks every now and then - including Thankful Tuesday. They started me off with an initial discount and when that was over, I checked a couple other places bc B12 is pretty expensive, but everywhere else was more expensive and so I didn't have any reason to change. I keep ordering with them - they have a ton of different products but I only do the B12. I"m very grateful to order from them and know if I have a question, I'll get solid answers and help.

I’ve been using this company for years off and on. I purchase my HCG and B12 from this company. I recommend highly, for packaging, instructions, and are courtesy to me if I need a question answered . Which is rarely, I’ve lost 15 pds this time in 3 weeks. I have 12 more pds to go, I feel that everyone writing fake reviews are fake buyers, They’re very professional , and product works. PS when they mail a pkg, you ordered, it is not liquified you add sterile water they send to activate it then put in refrigerator,

I had a wonderful experience. The rep was very informative, answered every question professionally and with confidence. She truly cared that she satisfied all my concerns and needs. I was very pleased with the customer service. I’ve been a FedEx CS employee for 30 yrs and held to exceptional standards so I have high expectations. I give 5 stars at this point.
