Ordered NAD+ plus for over a year from this company, the product was working well! Improved sleep, energy, skin tone, etc. 2 months ago, the product was delivered with a yellowish tint. I used it for a few weeks and noticed it was not working (my energy levels lowered, my sleep worsened, etc.). I contacted the company for a refund and they said the pharmacy was using the same product, but that they are diluting it differently. Suggested I use more. I am not noticing any changes, and will not order NAD from this company again (despite the lower prices). On a positive note, the Glutathione is working well, no complaints.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the Customer Service here. I couldn't get a coupon code to work, and I called and they efficiently honored it. I just ordered Semaglutide for the first time. My BIG complaint = One Star - Semaglutide is no joke. I threw up violently and suddenly, even on the street, and thought I had kidney failure the third day. After much research after the fact, at least I found out that this is more than common-it is expected. I think that there should be something to this effect in the FAQs.
