Hi Charlie, I can see that your results were sent in September, i can also see that there doesn't seem to be any email into us chasing these up and that you have gone straight to leaving us a 1 star review. We obviously apologise that the email with your results weren't received but we would hope that you would try contacting us before leaving a negative review to give us an opportunity to fix the issue. Hi Margaret, Once you have made a purchase we wouldn't ever then ask for more money as the price on our website is the full price for the test. If you haven't already please contact [email protected] and they can confirm if that email was indeed from us and if so clear up any confusion.
