Hi Latonya, As per our website we don't send anything out to you for the test, once purchased you complete a submission form, put the hair sample into a ziplock type bag and mail them to us. I can also see that you haven't emailed into us prior to leaving this review to give us a chance to sort any confusion you have about receiving anything in the mail. I hope that clarifies why you haven't received anything and why you haven't received any emails from us. Regards

Hi Romina, As per our website we don't send anything out for the tests. Please email into our customer service team at [email protected] and they will advise the steps you need to take to get the test done.

Hi Lacey, The 72 hours is from when the sample was received into the lab not from when you post it. I can also see that your results were emailed to you on Friday so i would ask you check your junk mail. Also i can see you have left this 1 star review before even emailing in to our customer service team to try and help you. Hi Sherrie, As per our website we don't send a physical kit out for the tests. Can i ask if you have been in touch with us via our website chat or email asking for assistance before leaving this review as we have customer service agents available to answer any questions you may have.
