Hi Tammy, Sorry to hear you aren't happy with the test results. If you email into [email protected] they will be able to advise you why you get differing results when testing the same sample twice.

Hi, Sorry for any confusion but as per our website and confirmation email we send after purchase we don't send a kit out for the tests. All you need to do is complete a submission form and send that along with the sample in a ziplock type bag.

Hi Elin, The time frame samples take to get to us is unfortunately out of our control and down to the postal system but we do try and make up for any delays once the samples are received. As per the email stating that we had received your sample it does say that if the results haven't come through within 48/72 hours to email us and we can check as to why so please feel free to email [email protected] and they can look into that for you.

Hi Ashley, If you are meaning you are waiting on something through the mail as per the website and confirmation emails we don't send anything physically out, you just need to complete the submission form, put the sample in a ziplock type bag and mail them to us. If you are meaning you haven't received your results please email into [email protected] and we will investigate this further.

Hi Wade, Sorry that you aren't happy with the service. Unfortunately due to data protection we cannot store customers details after a period of time and with you order being nearly a year and a half ago this is why your results/data is no longer on our systems. If you get in touch with our customer service team we will of course try to find a resolution to this for you.
