I guess, you need more dedication to fully realize the service's potential. When I decided to cancel, I reached out to customer support, and within just a few hours, I received a response with thoughtful suggestions to improve my experience. I explained that my availability was limited, and the representative kindly assisted me in canceling right away. Bazila, Was very helpful with walking me through updating the seona plugin for our site, seeing it was old and not giving us the option to update, the 24/7 help is amazing and good to know they are there when needing help with StyleAI or SEONA.

Seona refunded my money in full because it barely increased my traffic and the blog posts it generates weren’t relevant. It wasn’t worth the cost for me. They took a look at my activity after 6 months of use and also determined it made very minimal difference on my site visits. I had sent several emails inquiring about this but it wasn’t until I did a TrustPilot review that they actually responded appropriately.

it is a scam. you pay a lot just for 8 AI post a month (that we dont know if google rank negatively). When you monotorize the results through search console, or analytics, parameters are not better. No improvements. nothing.
