Wow I went into this after reading all the 1* reviews, expecting nothing good to come out of it and I didn't even get through their T&Cs before I deleted the app. It reads like your typical US employment laws, everyone gets screwed but the employer - They basically own all your IP and don't even have to pay you, just throw you an excuse and there's nothing you can do about it.

This platform offers a wide variety of tests and a good side income. Their support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. It's always a pleasant experience! (Edited to add: I am now editing my original review but keeping the original content above. I am changing my rating from five stars to one because the platform is plagued with technical issues that the company refuses to fix. Their browser extension is borderline unusable and often times freezes completely if it even properly beings a test at all. Far too many times I have started a test only to have the extension freeze and I am then unable to do the test because it will not let you refresh the page or restart it. In the beginning, when I alerted support of these issues, they often compensated me fairly for my time, but these days, they just gaslight and refuse to credit. I'm about to just give up on the platform altogether!) (Updated again to reiterate that the issue is still persisting. The extension has only become more poorly optimized which causes poor performance and freezing while trying to complete tests. Then when you submit your tests, support either give you a bad rating or completely rejects your test due to "poor quality" despite the fact that it is due to their incompetent team being unable to fix their trash browser extension."

This has been one of my favourite platforms in the past when the support worked well and the system was functional. Now I will stop taking tests on Userlytics. Why? Suddenly they started to reject tests, with doggy explantations like: video is lagging, slow internet conection, not updated computer etc. I would even accept that this might be the same if it was only me, even though I am doing daily tests on Usertesting, Userbrain and if my internet or laptop are not good, my testing will be affected even on these other platforms. But I have never had any issues on any other platfom. I have been in touch with other Userlytics testers on social media and friends of mine that do testing on Userlytics and they also had the same experience, three tests in a row rejected for the same reasons as mine, after what they stopped testing. Userlytics does not take responsibility to see where on their side is the problem. Until then they will be loosing testers.

I never got a reply...I had been accepted for a live test but was unable to add an appt. time. That has happened 2-3 times now and is very frustrating as when you finally get accepted and then can not make a date or that part isnt working. I tried it at noon with the link and this is what I got...so frustrating because I was accepted yesterday, tried again at noon and voila is gone...even though on my dash it says continue. Had plenty of opportunities for surveys, done the preliminary survey (where they get my information for free) and 95% say not suitable. The couple that have said that I was suitable, then said I would hear from them directly when the survey was ready, and suffice to say I’m still waiting for those surveys to make contact (some considerable time later). Starting to think it’s a scam to get the initial, intrusive information.

I signed up based on a recommendation from a YouTuber I follow. Every test I got would ask me a qualifying question and then disqualify me. These are questions like income bracket, field of expertise, ect. These should already be part of my profile and I should not be getting emails every day asking me things they should already know. It's just annoying and a serious waste of time.

I did my first test this morning spent around 25 minutes walked through, spoke out loud etc. I then uploaded the screen recording per the application on my phone (mobile test). Checked my pending payments and then was very surprised to see that it said video not uploaded. I immediately deleted my account. You're better off doing a test a day with the likes of User Testing. The requirements to qualify are a bit more stringent but within 7 days I receive all my payments via PayPal for tests done mobile or desktop. The latter takes 5 to 10 minutes to upload sometimes but I've never been shirked and I spend less time on average completing a test for User Testing (15 to 20 versus the almost 30) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Another time waster, rarely any studies, and quick to be declined for minor errors. Low pay
