Twenty days ago I placed my order after being told it would take 5-7 business days to ship out the engine that they had in stock. 5 business days went by and I received a call saying they were short staffed and it would take another 5-7 business days to ship out the engine that they had in stock. After another 4 business days I was called again and told they would issue a refund because the engine they had in stock didn’t meet their standards. That seems like a good thing, but the email they sent me stated that the engine was damaged in transit and that because I was unwilling to wait for another engine they would be issuing a refund. There was no option to wait for another engine. They said they didn’t have one, and damaged in transit was also a lie or that they had one in stock was a lie. It has been 20 days since I sent them my money and i haven’t gotten it back yet. This all seems like a scam. If you need an engine look elsewhere. Update: they still haven’t refunded my money. Update: they said the wire transfer should be in my account on the 6th. It’s now the 13th and I still haven’t received any money or any attempt to resolve. I continue to be talked down to and repeatedly lied to.

Hi Sean, We apologise for your experience. We would like to inform you that our delivery time is 5-7 business days. If we are unable to ship your orders within this time, we issue a full refund. It seems your order was refunded on the 9th business day, proof of which was also shared with you. As you informed to our support team that the money didn't hit your account yet, so we are issuing another refund through wire transfer even though the previous refund amount has not been credited back to us. The wire transfer refund should be reflected in your account by today and if you receive the card refund as well, you can return it to Used Engines Inc as per your email acknowledgement.
