I am very satisified with my new DISH system, I used DIRECT TV and being a senior and with a limited income, I can now afford to keep satilite TV service. Direct TV was so costly and my bill was always in excess of $80.00 per month and for that amount I could only afford the family plan which provided the bare minimum. It is all about cost for my system and DISH provides a great line of channel selections. I still receive letters from DIRECT TV asking me to reconsider and return to their service. Thanks again DISH

Great channels ,I can record my shows and it's all for a great price!!

Called late one night after work and had install scheduled for the following morning all within the 1/2 hour I was on the phone. Wasn't to fond of the $50 set up fee and I've been waiting for a few weeks for my promotional "gift cards" but otherwise it was a fairly pleasant experience.

With Dish I get better value for the money I am spending each month.

Rude customer service

It was a painless experience. Our tech was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. One of the nicest techs that I had come for any installs. You need more of him for your company. Thank you for the service!!!!

I enjoy watching and recording the many channels I have, but my "high speed internet" is very slow.

I had Brian set up my tv service and he was fast reliable and got the job done the right way. I switched from time warner and was very pleased with the price difference and the service is better. I had a few complications with my bundle with windstream but dish did there part in helping fix the problem in a timely manner and was very polite throughout the whole process.
